Note how the difference between Realism and Impressionism disappears above a certain height ! Okay, I'm joking, but seriously - Impressionism was never meant to create inaccuracies, and so every accurate depiction of the very small/very far away is the same, regardless of style. Here, it is only the sky and its clouds telling us that this is an Impressionistic painting.
