A painting by August Macke im Stil von "Mädchen in grüner Jacke" mit zarten Aquarellfarben
Watercolor painting of a town alongside a river, viewed from the opposite embankment with a metal railing. The town features a row of colorful residential buildings with red-tiled roofs, situated between the river and a line of green trees. The river reflects the buildings and trees on its surface, rendered in shades of blue, green, and white. In the upper right corner, a few large green leaves and branches frame the composition. The sky is pale with loose watercolor washes of blue and purple clouds.
