Artist(((Masterpiece))) a Japanese American woman with medium 10 sesame skin and long brown balayage hair, is inside her home standing at the front door. She sees a new car outside that shines a spotlight into her home. She cannot see much but they see her and quickly take the spotlight down so she can identify the vehicle. The vehicle is a sedan, modern, in the spotlight seems to be between the driver's seat and the passenger seat. Someone might be in the back. It's only a misdemeanor when they shine the light on homes that needs to be reported to the state gaming commission, so they drop pins on their map. She's on the phone reporting the incident and the time. The dispatcher, with the number 28, answers and tells her the distance they are allowed to do archery from is 150 ft. 150 ft is not for guns in most areas. 450 yards is how far bullet can fly. But 150 yards is 450 ft and is standard distance. It's not a police incident, but it might be because of local aggression so reporting to any hate incident reporting portal will give it a different pin location. It's not fun to figure out where to report things to. But police don't handle this matter.
Rural Rumble.
Living in rural area things are a little scary. But when spotlights for hunting or shined in your home, the police don't take the calls. It goes to the Gaming Commission, or if there's pre-existing racial hostility potentially we can report them like a Karen or Ken-- as a potential hate incident. But they're simply pins dropped on someone's map. It's only a lowest misdemeanor if they're caught with or without a gun. But without the location pins they can't estimate any time to be present to try and catch them.
