ArtistThe gold mirror frame is initially dark showing nothing. An evil skull appears in the mirror and bright sparks of yellow light glow in both of the skulls eye sockets. The skull's jaw moves as it speaks saying the following words "Mortal you will die!". The image of the skull instantly vanishes to be replaced by glowing gold embers that fade to nothingness
I had this idea many years ago based on a Steve Ditko image of death coming to finally claim an immortal warrior (from Eerie). I created the initial images but at the time I didn't have the tools to create what I wanted, but this is pretty close...
