A masterpiece of fantastic realism with elements of futurism. Summer day. Calm sea. A small tropical island is visible in the distance. In the foreground is a huge futuristic floating city. White round houses of 3-4 floors. Shop windows, neon signs. Paths paved with solar panels. On the roofs of houses there are solar panels and wind turbines. Small parks and swimming pools. The edges of the city are fenced with a high solid fence protecting from the waves. In one place in the fence there are large gates for the passage of boats and motorboats. Behind the gates you can see a pier to which a small pleasure yacht is moored. A small air taxi flies over the city.
