Peu à peu, il faisait plus chaud dans la cuve, des bulles s'élevaient, ça bouillonnait, ça bouillonnait et ça fermentait. En marge de la cuve, la levure diplômée s'est réunie et a rédigé un procès-verbal de réunion, mais personne ne s'y est vraiment intéressé.

Allmählich wurde es wärmer im Tank, Blasen stiegen auf, es blubberte, brodelte und gärte. Am Rande des Tankes hielt die Diplom-Hefe eine Versammlung ab und formulierte ein Sitzungsprotokoll, das aber keinen groß interessierte.
