Artista dutch landscape with channels, dutch windmills beside the channels, meadows and cow pastures with holstein black and white cows. a small paved road, on it some cyclists.
Several black and white cows walk single file on a paved road that curves slightly to the left, with one cow looking directly at the viewer in the foreground, and another walking away in the midground. The road is bordered by a narrow strip of green grass and then a dirt path with short wooden posts. On the left side of the road, a line of mature green trees casts shadows. On the right side of the road, a wooden fence separates the road from a vibrant green pasture where several other cows graze in the distance. In the far background, a traditional Dutch windmill with a dark thatched roof and white windows stands prominently against a light grey, overcast sky. Beyond the windmill and the pasture, a line of rounded green trees extends across the horizon.
