A wide, eye-level shot captures a vibrant desert scene at sunrise, with numerous butterflies resting on or fluttering just above a shallow, mirror-like pool of water that perfectly reflects the sky and distant red-rock mountains. The foreground features a rich reddish-brown sandy ground with scattered pebbles and patches of natural grasses, while the sun, positioned on the left, casts long, warm shadows and a bright lens flare onto the scene.
The small pool of clear, still water, located centrally, is surrounded by the sandy ground and shows swirling patterns of white and orange colors within its reflections, giving it a dreamlike quality. The water reflects the bright blue sky with fluffy white clouds, and the majestic red-orange mountains, which dominate the midground.
