"The spiritual person judges all things, but is himself to be judged by no one"-
"The spiritual person judges all things":
This means that those who are spiritually attuned, or who are led by the Holy Spirit, have a capacity to understand and evaluate things, both material and spiritual, with a wisdom that comes from God-
Context:
The context of this passage is about the nature of spiritual understanding and discernment, contrasting it with the natural, worldly perspective-
The person with the Spirit makes judgments about all things, but such a person is not subject to merely human judgments, But the one who is spiritual discerns all things, yet he himself is discerned by no one.
How do we judge according to the Spirit?
The Spirit is one with God and They are in agreement with each other, so in being led by the Spirit to judge, you are actually judging with the wisdom of God to determine what is right. All of God's people must come to a place of discernment where they can fully recognize what is right before God.
What are the spiritual things that a natural man cannot discern?
So the natural person rejects as foolish anything that comes from the Spirit of God. Those who have only their human senses and human reason will never be able to comprehend the spiritual truths of God's revelation about sin, salvation, and Christ to His people.
