Based on a picture from my great-grandfather's scrapbook of marine recruits taken in 1924 at then brand-new San Diego Depot. The original caption reads "Hot ass at recruit depot!" It depicts one recruit running a gauntlet of fellow-jar heads brandishing belt-whips. Thanks to AI, it's now a surrealistic 1920s dance party.
