I would have fainted, unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.
A highly detailed oil painting depicts a beautiful young woman with long, flowing golden hair, styled with a small golden floral wreath, emerging from the water. She is wearing an ornate red and gold garment with jeweled embellishments and a white undershirt. Her eyes are closed, and her hands are clasped together in prayer, with light emanating from her hands. The water around her is a deep blue-green, with light rays piercing through it from above, and water splashes dramatically to her right. The background features a dramatic, cloudy sky with golden highlights. The overall style is reminiscent of pre-raphaelite art with a touch of classical renaissance painting, emphasizing beauty, flowing fabrics, and dramatic lighting.
