Walking Away Down the Ancient Alley

More about Walking Away Down the Ancient Alley

Watercolor painting of an elderly person viewed from behind, walking away down a narrow alleyway between old buildings. The person is wearing a long orange or brown coat with a large blue cloak draped over their shoulders, and dark boots. The buildings flanking the alley have textured walls in shades of beige, grey, and off-white, with red-tiled roofs, small windows, and a dark blue or black door at the end of the narrow path. A black street lamp hangs on the left wall. Lush green weeds and plants with yellow flowers grow along the base of the walls. The lighting is soft and natural, casting subtle shadows on the sandy ground, and the artwork has a distinct watercolor texture with visible washes and bleeding colors.
