  • Prompt: Two panels. On the left: a semi abstract illustration of a scruffy scrawny long-haired orange tabby kitten (very tiny, just a few weeks old, with white chest and paws, blue eyes) huddled in the rain outside at night, crouched among wet fallen leaves, wet and filthy. On the right, a semi-abstract illustration of that same cat, grown up plump and pampered but still wild, with a big fluffy tail, curled comfortably in the sun in the autumnal remains of a flower garden. Christian Schloe, Ralph Steadman, Tom Everhart, Cy Twombly, David Downton, El Anatsui, Philip Taaffe, Jan Toorop, Koloman Moser, Beatrix Potter.
