ArtistA tender, emotional Lowbrow Art / pop-surrealist painting of an elderly man lovingly embracing and kissing his small fawn-colored short-haired Chihuahua. The old man has a weathered face, white hair and beard, expressive wrinkles, and gentle closed eyes filled with affection. He holds the tiny dog delicately against his chest with both hands. The Chihuahua has short smooth caramel-fawn fur, large expressive ears, a tiny black nose, and peaceful loving eyes. Their faces are very close, creating an intimate moment of unconditional love and companionship. Warm earthy tones, ochre, sienna, caramel, muted teal and touches of deep red, highly textured thick acrylic and ink, rich impasto brushstrokes, visible palette-knife texture, expressive painterly details, slightly whimsical and poetic atmosphere, emotional storytelling, soft dramatic lighting, sophisticated artistic composition, no text, no frame.
