When it rains, it pours, they say,
And everything seems to wash away.
The skies turn dark, the clouds roll in,
And the world is drenched in a cleansing din.
The raindrops fall, like tears from the sky,
As nature lets out a cleansing sigh.
The earth drinks in the liquid gold,
And life begins anew, bold and cold.
The storms may rage, the thunder may boom,
But the rain brings growth, it spells no doom.
The flowers bloom, the grass grows tall,
And the world awakens, fresh and all.
So when it rains, let it pour,
And revel in the cleansing, refreshing roar.
For life is like the rain, it comes and goes,
But it always brings new beginnings, highs, and lows.
