The Dark Mage is an adversary of the heroes from the ‘The Mage's Staff’ campaign and appears in the quest ‘The Mage's Tower’. He is an avowed enemy of the Master of the Tree and has taken possession of a tower that the Mages of the Tree have abandoned. Using the knowledge from the books, equipment and materials, he is working on wiping out the Order of the Tree. In this way, he helps to prepare the invasion by the dark rock elves.
