I recognize deliberate feline revenge when I see it. I no longer have the dubious joy of tending to a furry autocrat, because I'm so seriously allergic. But with my last two adopted cats, one of them was that type of feline that demands you pet her, then turns around and bites you when there are too many seconds of affection. I never EVER had the temerity to try and dress her up for any reason whatsoever. (My other cat was ultra affectionate and cooperative, but she was an unfortunately good hunter. Sigh... cats are not easy but they are fascinating.)
