There are things known and there are things unknown, and in between are the doors of perception.
A vibrant, impressionistic painting depicts a tall, ornate teal blue two-paneled wooden door set against white walls, with each door opening revealing a different Van Gogh-esque landscape. The left door, shown partially open, reveals a sunny, swirling yellow and cyan sky with a bright sun at its center. Below, a serene blue river reflects the golden light, with a hilly landscape and intricate bridge in the background. A figure with a backpack gazes at the radiant sky by the riverbank. The left side of the doorframe is adorned with dense, autumnal foliage in shades of orange and dark teal, interspersed with glowing lanterns that cast a warm light. The right door, also partially open, showcases a nighttime scene with a swirling dark blue and teal sky dotted with luminous stars. A cozy cottage with a warmly lit window is nestled amongst abundant orange and teal foliage, reflecting its light in the river below. The doorframes are surrounded by similar foliage, with a glowing lantern on the right side. The entire artwork is characterized by bold, swirling brushstrokes and rich, contrasting colors, reminiscent of Van Gogh's "The Starry Night" and "Cafe Terrace at Night." The floor is dark teal, contrasting with the muted white walls.
