ArtistA large disfigured sinister looking clown with a group of mutant little people with large bellies, black eyes, having a picnic at the beach
Photo of a beach picnic, with a horrifying, extremely obese circus clown and six grotesque, pudgy, zombie-like babies with bulging bellies and rotting, dirt-stained skin, sitting on a red-and-white checkered picnic blanket on the sand, surrounded by plates of fried chicken, watermelon, a tin bucket of apples, mustard and ketchup bottles, and a wicker picnic basket, under the shade of a red-and-yellow-striped beach umbrella, with the blue ocean, waves, a wooden pier, and a roller coaster in the background under a clear blue sky.
