A wide-angle, abstract, mixed-media composition featuring a prominent, three-dimensional sculptural red and silver flower as the central focal point, set against a dark, textured background. The flower, reminiscent of a large dahlia or protea, has numerous elongated, pointed petals overlapping symmetrically. The outer petals are painted in a vibrant scarlet red, while the inner petals and tips show a contrasting metallic silver finish, giving them a two-toned, reflective quality. The flower center is dark and densely clustered, with curved petal tips curling inward. The background is a mix of abstract textures and colors, including a matte black base layer with patches of gold leaf flakes and silver leaf applications applied horizontally across the canvas, creating rough, metallic streaks that contrast with the dark surface. The lighting is direct and even, highlighting the dimensional relief and textural details of both the sculpture and the background materials, emphasizing the metallic sheen and the contrast between the dark backdrop and the bright red and silver tones.
