An expressive digital painting of a street scene on a rainy day in a city, featuring a woman with dark hair and a yellow raincoat sitting on a red fire hydrant, looking down at a cute dalmatian puppy lying on the wet ground under a green umbrella. The woman wears a black suit, white shirt, and black tie under her yellow coat, and black boots. The puppy is black and white, with black patches, and has big, round eyes looking up. In the background, other people with umbrellas walk along the street, and tall city buildings are visible under a gray sky. A black lamppost with a sign that reads "RAINY DAYS ALWAYS HAVE A STORY" stands on the left. On the right, text on a wall reads "it's a beautiful day even if it rains". The style is illustrative, with strong lines and a muted color palette of grays, blacks, and whites, contrasted with pops of yellow, red, and green. The reflections of the buildings and lights are visible on the wet street.
