A grumpy fish, with a scowl so deep,
A creature of the water, with a personality to keep,
A frown on its face, a discontented look,
A grumpy fish, with an attitude that shook.
It swam in circles, with a grumpy glare,
A fish so sour, so hard to bear,
It didn't like the water, it didn't like its food,
A grumpy fish, with a terrible mood.
But one day, a little fish came by,
And with a smile, it caught its eye,
The grumpy fish, it started to see,
The beauty of the water, the joy to be free.
Slowly but surely, its grumpiness disappeared,
A happy fish, it finally appeared,
No more circles, no more grumpy stare,
A fish so joyful, beyond compare.
