An elaborate mosaic sculpture made of glass or ceramic tiles portrays an alien-like human figure seated on a stool, leaning forward, and holding a glowing circular object. The figure is rendered in a combination of dark, nearly black tiles for the body and chair, and lighter, off-white or cream tiles for the head, neck, and arms, with the entire piece accented by dark grout lines separating individual tiles. The head has an elongated, swept-back shape reminiscent of science fiction depictions of extraterrestrials, with prominent cheekbones, a defined chin, and dark, empty eye sockets. The neck features numerous horizontal banded lines created by the tile placement. The figure's body is posed in profile, seated with knees bent, wearing a dark, form-fitting dress also composed of square and rectangular tiles. Both hands are raised, cradling a circular, luminescent disc or sphere that emits a soft white light, illuminating the surrounding area and casting light on the figure's hands and face. The background is a plain, light-colored wall with a subtle texture, against which the sculpture stands out in sharp relief.
