Watercolour. A misty autumn morning and the sun is just coming up. Bottom central of the image is a wide open gate and fence with some tall dead grass on either side. Both sides of the foreground is a close up of an oak tree in beautiful but muted autumn colours. The trunk of each tree and the lower part of the tree crown form a natural border above the gate. Some of the individual leaves are backlit. In the misty distance are agricultural fields with autumn coloured hedgerows.
A wide shot showcases a misty autumn landscape framed by two large, ancient trees with golden and orange leaves on either side, their branches arching towards each other to form a natural canopy. The setting sun hangs low on the horizon, casting a warm, golden glow across rolling green hills, dotted with sparse trees and enveloped in morning mist. In the foreground, a rustic wooden fence with an open gate invites the viewer into the scene, with tall grass and wildflowers growing along the path. Two crows are perched on the branches of the left tree, while a solitary small black bird stands near the right gate post. The lighting is soft and ethereal, capturing the serene and tranquil atmosphere of a crisp autumn morning.
