A detailed monochrome pencil illustration of a small, fluffy mouse with large ears and a curly grey wig perched on its head. The mouse is wearing small round spectacles and holding a delicate pencil in its right hand, meticulously writing musical notes on a large, unfurled sheet of sheet music. The sheet music, filled with treble clefs, quarter notes, and eighth notes, gracefully drapes over a stack of three aged, leather-bound books. The books have intricate patterns and textures, suggesting old age and frequent use. The mouse's long, thin tail is visible, extending down past the top book. The background is a soft, blurry, light grey or off-white, creating a gentle depth of field that keeps the focus on the mouse and its musical endeavor. The overall style is reminiscent of a classic storybook illustration, with fine lines and subtle shading giving it a realistic yet whimsical feel.
