A whimsical, 3D animated character design of a Ford Mustang car acting as a sick man in bed. The car is tucked under a giant plaid blanket, with its front wheels acting like hands holding a thermometer in its front grille "mouth". An ice pack is balanced perfectly on its roof. The car has expressive, droopy headlight eyes looking miserable. Colorful, Pixar-style rendering, vibrant but soft lighting, full of character and humorous detail.
A funny cartoon shot showcases a tired, sick, moody dark blue muscle car tucked in bed, wrapped in a cozy, colorful, red and white checkered blanket, holding a thermometer in its front grill, with a blue ice pack on its roof, eyes closed and sad.
