Inspector Felix Murot, played by Ulrich Tukur, from the German crime series “Tatort.” The episodes featuring him are often very experimental; sometimes they’re reminiscent of science fiction, fantasy, or arthouse films. If you get the chance, check them out. I hear they’re also available with English subtitles. (The rest of the series isn’t particularly interesting, in my opinion.)
