A surrealist digital illustration of a bald young child in a hospital gown, standing with a prosthetic leg and holding an IV drip stand on wheels. The child faces a massive, terrifying biblically accurate angel that fills the right side of the frame. The entity has multiple layered, feathered wings covered in dozens of realistic unblinking eyes, with one large central eye. A vibrant, psychedelic, oil-slick distortion effect bleeds through the air between them, swirling with iridescent colors. The setting transitions from a sterile, white hospital room on the left into a colorful cosmic void on the right. Darkly profound, emotional, and thought-provoking style
A young, bald child wearing a patient gown and a prosthetic right leg stands in a brightly lit hospital room, looking up at a towering, multi-winged, biblically accurate angel covered in countless eyes. The angel, with a large, central eye and swirling cosmos for a background, dominates the scene as it looms over the child, who is holding onto an IV pole.
