Quickly threw shapes onto paper with a pencil and filled them with different sizes of micron markers. In between the shapes I started working with micron 003. Very thin and it looks more like scratches than drawing. In the meantime I listen to music. The need for cheerful was present. One step beyond by Madness was a wonderful song. A step forward but sung powerfully. Thick as a brick by Jethro Tull passed by. Interesting to read the story behind it. This for enthusiasts. The piece of text: "I may make you feel but I can't make you think" fits with how I use drawings. Feeling is heart, thinking is head and it is all connected. I draw more easily when I have negative emotions. According to Google, the basic emotions are: Love, Joy, amazement, Sadness, Fear, Disgust, Anger and Shame & Guilt. When I look at this, love and joy and perhaps amazement are above the line. Perhaps it is that negative emotions have a greater need to get out. In any case, the huiskamerartiest has another drawing. I think the main emotion is amazement, but also resignation, which is a form of sadness, I think.
A vibrant, abstract composition featuring swirling patterns, colorful spirals, and intricate spheres. A hand holds a pen, poised to create more vivid designs against a dynamic background.
