A towering, grotesque scarecrow monster with a rotting, hollowed-out jack-o'-lantern for a head, its carved grin glowing with eerie internal green fire, stepping forward out of dense midnight fog toward the viewer, dynamic low-angle composition, dramatic chiaroscuro lighting, dark surrealism style inspired by Zdzisław Beksiński and Francisco Goya, thick impasto oil painting with heavy brushstrokes, cracked canvas texture, muted autumn colour palette of burnt orange, ash grey, and sickly green, haunting and visceral mood. Very tiny signature JKW
A menacing Halloween scarecrow with a carved pumpkin head featuring a glowing green interior rushes forward through a dark and foggy field. The scarecrow wears tattered, dark clothing with straw protruding from the collar, sleeves, and torn pants. Its hands are long and claw-like, reaching out towards the viewer. Dried autumn leaves and sparse branches are scattered on the cracked ground below under a moody, black sky.
