ArtistCats Being Jerks oil painting on canvas of a hellish landscape with jagged romanticism style with 19th‑century academic realism, impasto alla prima brushwork, high‑angle wide shot, deep depth of field, mustard yellow, deep teal, burnt coral, warm cream palette, retro 1970s print ad feel, muted tones, mustard yellow, deep teal, burnt coral, warm cream.
An oil painting depicting a group of five cats sitting in a mountainous landscape, rendered in a style reminiscent of impressionism, with visible, thick brushstrokes. The landscape features rocky terrain in shades of deep blue-grey on the left and earthy red and orange on the right, under a pale, cloudy sky with a soft white sun. In the foreground, on a yellow-ochre ground, are the five cats. On the left, an orange tabby cat sits facing right, and a black cat sits in front of it, facing the same direction. In the center, a white and orange tabby cat lies down, looking forward. Behind it, a grey tabby cat sits upright, and to its right, a solid black cat sits with its tail curled up, also looking forward. The overall lighting is soft and diffused, creating a serene and timeless atmosphere.
