Theme: "The Forgotten Sleeping Giant." Humorous. An epic high-fantasy, wide-angle conceptual fantasy illustration of a colossal, heavily weathered mountain ridge shaped like an ancient stone giant's head, leaning as far back as possible, so the view is of the nose and mouth only. The features are nearly lost to time, eroded away by eons of frost and wind, seamlessly blending into the natural craggy rock formations. Two dark cave openings form the giant's nostrils, with foliage before them forming a moustache that is behind, the open mouth, which allows the flat surface of a lake between the stone lips, a trickling stream, that flows from the side of the stone mouth like drool. Underneath the lake mouth, a dense, dark green pine forest grows along a steep, sharp drop-off, mimicking a rugged, overgrown beard. A small village is sited on one of the craggy shoulders, with a zigzag path leading down to the valley below Muted earthy tones, atmospheric fog, dramatic low-angle sunlight cutting through heavy mist, highly detailed rock and bark textures, rich colour palette of deep greens, slate greys, and luminous golds, a mythical atmosphere, in the style of Jimmy Cauty, Alphonse Mucha, Arthur Rackham and H R Giger
I tried so many prompts, yet, no matter what I typed or the model I used, they all came out looking mostly the same. That was the point I realised, it was going to be the same for the rest of us, and hoped a few would manage to beat the sameness. I didn't enter this, I didn't think it had any impact at first (and quite short) glance, and, frankly, it's boring.
