poetic image of a boy sitting beside a quiet river, his fishing line pulling up tiny painted dream objects ,flower, key, house, birds and stars instead of fish
A vibrant, expressionistic painting depicting a young boy fishing by a river at sunset. The boy, in profile and wearing a blue shirt, is seated on the riverbank, holding a fishing rod. His attention is focused on the water, where a whimsical collection of objects appears to be floating or suspended. These objects include black birds with yellow and red accents, a small blue house with a red roof, a black key, and several yellow stars. A stylized red flower on a green stem is also present, with some blue and red birds nearby. The river reflects the warm hues of the sunset, with broad strokes of yellow, orange, and blue. The background features lush, abstract trees and hills in various shades of green, blue, and red. The overall style is reminiscent of a children's book illustration or a fauvist painting, characterized by bold brushstrokes and bright, non-naturalistic colors. The scene evokes a sense of childhood wonder and imagination.
