Janet was merrily canoeing along the canal when suddenly her canoe just randomly de-materialised. "How very strange", she said to herself. Luckily all she had to do is climb a nearby fence and catch a bus to the outdoor adventure shop. Unfortunately the bus driver said "You're too wet to get on this bus". Luckily there was another bus immediately behind it, and on it was her wife Julia, carrying an inflatable canoe (deflated). Under her seat was a huge soggy puddle. Janet dripped all the way to Julia's seat, and the two of them hugged, and got off at the outdoor adventure shop a couple of miles down the road. Julia inflated her canoe and they both climbed in. Playfully, Julia stood up in the canoe, and rolled it over, resulting in a scream from Janet as the two of them were deposited in the canal. The two of them swam to the surface, hugged each other, and found the missing canoe swirling around under a nearby bridge. "Race you", said Janet, leaning over the edge of the canal. With a loud splash Janet and Julia fell in and swam to the sunken canoe. "I bet I'm wetter than you", said Janet to Julia.
