Out of the delirium of COVID comes the self-playing cello! And just in time for Halloween! Think of the fun you could have seeing fright in the eyes of the little trick-or-treaters as they see and hear this thing standing there on its own playing “Camille Saint-Saëns: The Swan” (just kidding), maybe “Frightful Fantasy.” Or maybe for the holiday party season, can’t you just see yourself and your friends standing around listening to “Pirates of the Caribbean” whilst sipping white wine or, perhaps, Carmenère. It’s Bluetooth controlled, so you could use it as your morning alarm clock; listen to some real cello music, not just some tinny mp3 stuff every morning. Or get a second one and have your own version of 2 Cellos! Imagine “Hallelujah” on any occasion. Although with too much repetition that gets old; I know it did with me. But 2Cs do a great job with it. What fun! This is just like AI – the sky’s the limit. I could do a couple more instruments and you could have your own Eklipse! That would be something, hmmm! Or just a violin and, voila, Lindsey Stirling! That may take a bit of engineering to get the violin version to jump around like Lindsey, but it would be worth It. Anyway, you get the picture (pardon the pun).
