Sky Tabernacle Revelation 5:5-5 Then one of the elders said to me, “Do not weep! See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed. He is able to open the scroll and its seven seals.”
We know that this lion was pointing to only one person, Jesus himself, God in human form, who is the lion of the tribe of Judah.
He will be praised by all. He will be as a lion. He will be one who rules over all peoples. He will be one who crushes his enemies.
In the New Testament of the Bible, in Revelations 5:5, Judah is again tied with the lion, and this time, it extends through the lineage of Judah .. But He is also called the Lion of the tribe of Judah (Revelation 5:5) to display His absolute authority and power over all creation. So, when Jesus is called “the Lion of Judah” it is because He's the fulfillment of that prophecy. He's the promised one who reigns forever, strong and powerful ..
