A whimsical dark-fairytale storybook illustration with distressed folk-art texture shows a pale girl and a black cat sitting on a weathered rooftop beneath an oversized cream moon and burnt-orange sky, with the girl’s huge dark eyes, rosy cheeks, flowing black hair, patchwork dress, striped leggings and black boots contrasting with the cat’s striking white eyes and curled tail, while a gothic town of teal, blue-grey and ochre buildings glows below, all rendered with a cracked, aged canvas texture and a nostalgic mood.
