This is Ann Lowe who designed Jackie Kennedy's wedding dress plus her ten bridesmaids, as well as fashions for upper class women in the 1920's through the 1960's. She was not credited for designing them at the time because attitudes toward people of color. A team at the University of Delaware and Winterthur Museum is re-creating her fashions for an exhibit there through January 2024.
