An oil painting depicting a fantastical, whimsical town at night, with three tall, narrow houses painted in vibrant orange, light blue, and cream colors, nestled amongst enormous, stylized trees with bulbous, bright green foliage and exposed roots that intertwine with the architecture and the ascending, striped staircases. The houses feature multiple windows and doors, some with small balconies. In the dark night sky, a large, glowing full moon dominates the upper right, accompanied by smaller crescent moons and scattered stars. Birds, some white and some yellow, fly around the houses and trees. The overall style is reminiscent of storybook illustrations, characterized by smooth, painterly textures and a dreamlike atmosphere.
