A gorgeous vertical shot shows a black and yellow striped tiger swallowtail butterfly with open wings feeding on a cluster of white Lantana in the foreground with another smaller cluster of yellow Lantana below and to the right, against a textured, muted dark green and brown background. The butterfly is positioned diagonally from the upper right, its body and head angled down and to the left toward the flowers. Its wings are a vibrant yellow with thick, dark black striped patterns and black edges with some scalloped patterns on the lower wings. Its body is also black. The butterfly's black antennae protrude forward, and its black delicate legs are visible as it rests on the white flowers. The white flowers are small, four-petaled florets clustered together, some with hints of yellow at their centers. Below and to the right of the white flowers, there is a cluster of similar small, multi-petaled flowers, which appear to be yellow with cream or pale yellow centers.
