ArtistEncaustic Technique: landscape. I thick, wax-like layers that add texture and depth. windy, dappled light. Gold, brown, burgundy, blue, orange, Pressure waves of light density.
An oil painting with thick brush strokes portrays an autumn scene. The painting features bare trees with vibrant orange, yellow, and red leaves that line the sides of a gentle stream or path that winds through the forest. The ground is a rich texture of deep reds, browns, and blues, which contrast with the bright autumn colors. The sky is an impressionistic blend of warm yellows and soft oranges, with the sun casting a gentle, hazy glow over the landscape. The overall mood is serene and warm, capturing the beauty of a crisp autumn day through an expressive painting style.
