Inspired byExpressionist mixed-media portrait of a young woman with a black blunt-cut bob and short bangs, elongated mask-like face with pale grey-blue eyes and a witty gaze. Dangling faceted crystal earrings in ruby red and amber. Background of layered collage-like color blocks in mustard yellow, cobalt blue, teal and rust red. Thick impasto, palette-knife texture.
An expressive, highly textured mixed-media painting featuring a woman with dark bobbed hair set against a vibrant abstract background of blues, yellows, and reds. The woman has pale skin, subtle yellow and green eyeshadow, and red lipstick, looking thoughtfully toward the viewer. She wears long, dangling earrings—one amber, the other red crystal—and a dark, textured top. The surrounding abstract composition incorporates graphic elements, geometric line work, collage-like typography including the phrases semolina pilchard mild exorcism and Bif Inc, and two fish illustrations: a small blue fish on the upper left and a larger, detailed fish with a skeletal tail on the upper right. The entire surface shows heavy brushwork, crackle glaze, and layered textures, evoking a surreal and avant-garde aesthetic.
