Pensive Woman in a Diner Booth

More about Pensive Woman in a Diner Booth

Watercolor painting in portrait orientation of a woman sitting in a booth in a restaurant. The woman is wearing a dark blue dress with a white bonnet, and looking down pensively at what she is holding in her hands. On the table in front of her is a small white tea set, consisting of a teapot on a saucer, a small teacup, and a larger teacup. The table has a yellowish top and a metal leg. The booth is upholstered in green vinyl. Across from the booth, a wooden chair with a light brown seat and backrest is tucked under the table. On the wooden floor, the woman's black shoes are visible. In the background, there is a large framed painting of a coastal scene with boats and buildings on the shore. Above the booth, on a shelf, there are several glass jars and bottles. To the right, a large window looks out onto the street, where two older men are sitting. The lighting is soft and natural.
