A medium shot features a female zombie standing in a graveyard at night. Her skin is pale and decaying, with patches of missing flesh on her face and neck, revealing bone and muscle tissue underneath. Her eyes are completely white and milky, lacking pupils. Her dark, unkempt hair is tangled and messy, and she has a blue flower and beaded hair ornaments tucked into it. She is wearing a tattered, dirty, light-colored dress with lace trim, which is torn to reveal her exposed ribcage, also covered in dried blood and tissue. She is holding a bizarre, flesh-like creature with multiple eyes and a toothy mouth in her right hand. The background is a dark, foggy graveyard with gravestones and bare, twisted trees under a pale, full moon in a cloudy sky, creating an eerie and unsettling atmosphere.
