Queer/Questioning
The questioning of one's sexual orientation, sexual identity, gender, or all three is a process of exploration by people who may be unsure, still exploring, or concerned about applying a social label to themselves for various reasons.

Asexual
A term used to describe someone who does not experience sexual attraction toward individuals of any gender.


Two-Spirit (or 2 Spirit or 2S)
An important term within some Indigenous cultures and for some Indigenous people, meaning a person with both a feminine and a masculine spirit living in the same body. This is often used to describe sexual orientation, gender identity and / or spiritual identity.
