Create a highly realistic, photorealistic full-body depiction of mutant in his monstrous werewolf form. He is a terrifying humanoid beast with an extremely muscular, broad-shouldered body, massive arms, powerful legs and long clawed hands. His body is covered in thick, coarse, shaggy black fur with dark reddish-brown highlights and occasional crimson streaks. His proportions are imposing and somewhat bestial, with unusually long arms and a hunched, predatory posture. His head is wolf-like but retains a vaguely humanoid structure, with a broad muzzle, a flattened snarling nose, pointed ears, glowing yellow eyes and a mane of wild, spiky black hair. His jaws are filled with long, irregular, dagger-like ivory fangs. His expression is ferocious and savage. The defining feature of his monstrous transformation is a second enormous mouth opening vertically across his abdomen and lower torso, completely separate from his ordinary head. This horrifying abdominal maw has thick, dark fleshy lips, multiple rows of long, curved, sharply pointed teeth and a huge muscular red tongue lolling outward. Its interior is extremely dark, wet and fleshy, with strands of saliva stretching between the upper and lower fangs. Make this second mouth anatomically integrated into his torso, unmistakably distinct from his normal face, and large enough to dominate the front of his body. It should look like a monstrous living organ. His clothing is largely destroyed by the transformation. Torn remnants of his distinctive bright red sleeveless vest cling to his broad shoulders and upper torso, with scraps of dark fabric and reddish straps hanging around his waist. His lower body is covered in dark, ragged trousers. Simple metal bands or bracelets encircle his wrists. Show him in a threatening, forward-leaning stance, arms spread and clawed fingers extended, with both his normal wolf-like face and the enormous second mouth on his abdomen clearly visible. Emphasize the contrast between his powerful muscular physique and the grotesque biological horror of his transformation. Realistic fur, detailed muscles, wet teeth and saliva, cinematic dark-fantasy horror lighting. He stands at the stone bridge in the toxic post-apocaliptic wastelands. Realistic style, inspired by the classic fantasy arts.
A full-body frontal shot depicts massive, muscular werewolf mutant Mashira from Vampire Hunter D with black fur and glowing yellow eyes. His mouth is open wide, revealing sharp fangs and dripping saliva. A terrifying twist: the mutant has a second, much larger mouth embedded in his stomach, packed with enormous, jagged teeth and a fleshy tongue dripping saliva. He wears tattered black pants and torn red fabric. The background is a desolate, ruined city under a dark, smoky sky.
