The walls are covered with uneven plaster and whitewashed. Clean. A large wood-burning bread oven. You can see the fire and the hearth, the baking chamber, and the loaves baking inside. A baker with a wooden bread paddle prepares to unload the loaves. Another baker kneads dough on a large pastry board. Light illuminates the interior through a small window.
