three face that are transparent, they flow in image from left to right as layers . looking towards the light in the left corner, silent scream of pain. The background is white and gray with flying dead leaves of different kinds of leaves from trees.
We are not one moment. We are all of them at once.
This image shows three translucent figures — the same face, yet not the same. Each carries a different world within them. One holds the weight of bare winter trees and fallen seasons. One carries pure light, radiating outward. One breathes out leaves that scatter into the open air, releasing what can no longer be held.
They are not three people.
They are one person across time.
This is what diversity truly means — not only the differences between us, but the differences within us. The version of you who survived. The version still fighting. The version finally letting go. We contain multitudes, and so does every person standing beside us.
The leaves that scatter forward are not loss. They are transformation. Something that was once rooted, held tight to a tree, now finally free to move.
Unity is not about everyone being the same.
It is about recognizing that every person you meet is carrying their own seasons — their own storms, their own light, their own letting go.
When we understand that, we stop judging where someone is in their journey. We simply walk beside them.
Through winter. Through light. Through everything that falls away.
