While Lady Patricia and her wife Lady Anette were rehearsing their tightrope dance over the deep and swirling river Wand last week, Anette missed her footing and the rope snapped, and the two of them plumetted screaming and thrashing around into the deep waters of the river. Surprised by their fall, and somewhat shaken (but not stirred), Patricia and Anette twirled around together in the river, drenched velvet ballgowns tangled all around them, as they woohooed (can I say that here) underwater in the swirling waves, rain pouring down all over them. Unfortunately Anette had sustained an ankle injury in her fall off of the tightrope, and a paramedic canoe rushed down the river, and nurses Janet and Julia leapt into the river (any excuse for a swim) and sped Anette away to the Sacred Sushumna Hospital's hydrotherapy ward. Patricia made a second attempt at her tightrope dance after purchasing a stronger rope.
