Create a dream of a surreal and unusual village, where nothing is as it seems. A tan and white beagle puppy adorned with a sugar DOG skull face painting is surrounded by pumpkins and other objects found on Halloween. Use squiggly lines, thick paint and collage technique to show exaggerated architectural elements and unusual designs.

Inspiration and prompt by Bailey's Mom related to facial skull painting in 'Barkley Remembered Every Day'
An ornate, highly detailed digital painting in a mixed-media mosaic style depicts a tan and white beagle sitting in the foreground of a fantastical, whimsical Halloween village at night. The beagle has intricate Day of the Dead facial makeup painted around its eyes, nose, and forehead, featuring vibrant purple, green, yellow, and blue hues. The dog is positioned slightly off-center, gazing forward with a calm expression.
The background is a bustling, stylized town reminiscent of a fairytale or gothic illustration, rendered with heavy impasto brushstrokes and rich textures that evoke a mosaic or stained-glass effect. In the center is a bright, luminous yellow moon against a deep blue, swirling night sky with starry patterns and sweeping, colorful tentacle-like spires winding upward. Whimsical houses with crooked roofs, lit windows glowing with warm amber light, and towering chimneys are clustered together. Skeletons and jack-o-lanterns are subtly integrated into the architecture.
The ground is paved with multicolored stones and scattered with autumnal leaves. In the lower left, a large, glowing carved pumpkin jack-o-lantern sits beside a lit lantern on a post, candy wrappers, and a bone. On the lower right, another jack-o-lantern and skull.
